    After four days in the Corcovado National Park, eating the food we carried in on our backs (mostly tinned tuna and Snickers), I cannot begin to describe the massive gap that this tasty nosh filled in my stomach. PJ will never feature highly in Egon Ronay or Michelin guides, but I have only very rarely enjoyed a feed more. Food. You don't know what you miss till it's gone...
